The Daily Swank – Vintage Chic Cuddles

This week seems to have a common theme of children and how we can introduce them to vintage. It’s something that’s just been instilled in me. Trips to the antique show as a child. Runs to the local flea markets on weekend mornings. It’s something I’ve grown up to love. Today’s Daily Swank is only a glimpse of the many beautiful ways vintage fabrics are used. Cuddle up your little one with one of these darling pieces and treat them to a gift from the past.

This Baby’s First Quilt  gives you an amazing feeling of the past. The idea that each of the "Baby’s First Quilts" are created with tea towels, hankies, and vintage linens from the past is something special in itself.  You can find this special quilt and more designs like it at 3 French Hens.

"Chic" cuddling is in order with this Baby Blankie-Vintage Roses. Created by the hands at shop Beth Rappold this repurposed vintage pillowcase now serves as a cuddly sweet blankie.

I love the style of this Shabby Chic Quilt. It’s raggedy edges give it that "old" feel while the beautiful fabrics complete the look. It’s 46"x46" size makes a perfect for a crib or toddler bed quilt.  These hand made quilts come from Etsy shop Cry Baby Quilts

I hope you have fallen in love with some of these very chic blankets & quilts from Today’s Daily Swank. I’ll be back again tomorrow with more vintage goodies for your little ones.
