This little video is a lot of fun and visually creative. A great way to get an idea of how much plastic we use. Also another great reason to stop your exposure to BPA, commonly found in plastics.

The FDA has recently (Jan. 2010)  updated their stance on Bisphenol A. Read the article here at FDA.GOV

It is certainly interesting to me that the FDA is now changing their tune on this chemical. Frustrating to say the least. Don't dismay, I have some great alternative ideas coming your way as well as some great giveaways!
